Signing in
When you sign in, we store your session in your browser so you stay signed in and your workspace can be loaded securely. This storage is necessary for the product to work; without it you cannot stay signed in.
Chat sessions
If you start a chat with a business using L2C, your browser keeps an opaque session value so you can return to the same conversation. It contains no personal details, and only a one-way hash of it is stored on our side.
Clearing it
You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and ends the link to a saved chat session. Questions? Contact us.
