Who these terms are between
These terms apply between L2C AI and the business that opens a workspace. The person who opens the workspace confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
Trials
A trial gives you the trial package for the trial period shown on the pricing page. If no card is on file, nothing is charged and no subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial. If you choose to add a card during the trial, your subscription starts when the trial ends at the price shown for your market, unless you cancel first.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are charged in advance in the currency published for your market. Applicable tax is added where we are required to charge it. Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you before a change affects you. You can cancel to stop future charges, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Your data
Your workspace data remains yours. We use it to provide the service, and we handle personal data as described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and message the contacts you add.
Acceptable use
Do not use L2C AI to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, to break a messaging or payment provider's rules, to attempt to reach another business's data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Third-party providers
Payments from your customers are processed by the provider you connect, under their agreement with you. External messaging channels are subject to that provider's rules and approvals. We are not responsible for a third party's decisions about your account with them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end the agreement if you breach these terms and do not put it right after we ask. You can export your data before your workspace closes.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and tell workspace owners. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
